Home Based Therapist

Now Accredited by The Joint Commission

Solid Rock Family Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home-Based Therapists to join our growing team. We are proud to announce our accreditation by The Joint Commission, reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence and quality care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling (MS) and be license-eligible or currently licensed through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHCA, or LMFT). Temporary Licenses are also acceptable in any of the above disciplines. 

In this role, you will provide trauma-informed therapy to individuals and families in home, community, and office-based settings to promote healing, stability, and overall well-being.

Home-Based Caseworker

Join our team as a Home-Based Caseworker to assist families in navigating the social services system, accessing community resources, finding housing and employment, budgeting and parenting education. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage and coordinate care plans effectively.

Domestic Violence Victims Services Provider

This service is intended to address survivor and child intervention services by staff with a minimum of an additional 20 hours of training from such entities as Indiana Coalition of Domestic Violence and/or Office for Victims of Crime. Provider will provide assessments, safety planning, advocacy, counseling, skill-building, and education to victims of domestic violence.

Supervised Visit Facilitator

Supervised Visitation Facilitator should be experienced paraprofessional with high school diploma or GED at least 21 years of age. This service is intended solely for the supervision of parenting time.

Father Engagement Home Based Caseworker

This is a Bachelor level position, similar to the Home-Based Caseworker standards includes the following:

Our Father Engagement program is a dynamic service designed to empower fathers and paternal relatives through comprehensive support and education. Participants receive the same high-quality case management and supervised visitation opportunities offered under the Home-Based Family Centered Casework standard, along with an added evidence-based psychoeducational component.

This component utilizes the Bringing Back the Dads curriculum, which focuses on engaging fathers through their individual strengths, needs, and social contexts.

Our Father Engagement Service Providers receive advanced training in Cultural Competency, Sexual Trauma, and Systemic Poverty, ensuring a holistic and informed approach to supporting fathers and families. Supervised visitation services are also available at our unique visitation house located on the West Side of Indianapolis.
